- All orders over 150 lei inclusive benefit from FREE delivery in Romania.
- We usually ship all orders received by 2:00 PM the same day. However, during certain busy periods, a processing time of 1-3 business days may occur.
- Shipped orders are generally delivered to their destination within 1-3 business days.

- Products purchased online, undamaged and without traces of use, can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.
- You can return any product free of charge to any Sofiaman store in the country, except for Outlet stores. Products must be accompanied by the invoice. If you choose not to make an exchange, the amount of the return will be refunded exclusively to the bank account provided by you, within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
- Returns sent by post are subject to a return fee of 15.00 lei deducted from the refunded amount.

Why do pillows turn yellow?
Pillows turn yellow mainly because of sweat. And yes, everyone's pillow turns yellow to some extent. We sweat through our heads at night; how much depends on how warm you sleep. Also, certain medical conditions, pregnancy, and menopause often contribute to night sweats. In addition, our scalp secretes natural oils that also transfer to our pillow. And, of course, there's also salivation in our sleep. Not that we drool at night, but maybe that's why our neighbor's pillow turned yellow? Of course, pillow protectors can prevent discoloration if you use them early.
How to wash a down or feather pillow?

Quantity - Always wash two pillows at a time to maintain the balance of the washing machine during spinning.
- Water temperature - Hot, warm or cold – your choice. Keep in mind that the fabric may shrink a little in warm or hot water.
- Spin speed - Choose the highest speed to remove as much moisture as possible.
- Rinse - Add an extra rinse cycle to ensure all detergent is removed.
- Detergent - A gentle detergent, without additives.

6. Bleaching – Use non-chlorine bleach.
7. Fabric softener – Not recommended as it can coat the down and feathers, reducing the volume of the pillow.
How do you dry a down or feather pillow?
- Temperature - Hot, warm or cold – your choice. Keep in mind that the material may shrink at higher temperatures.

Drying Time – Be patient, it may take several cycles depending on your dryer. It is important that the pillow is completely dry.
- Lumps or odor – These are signs that the pillow is not yet dry. It is essential that it is completely dry to prevent mold.
- Drying Test – Shake the pillow by hand between cycles. While it may feel dry to the touch, it may still be damp inside. It’s better to over-dry than under-dry.

5. Clean tennis balls or special dryer balls – Put in between one and three to reduce drying time. They will make noise but will not damage the dryer.
6. Dryer Wipes – Add one for a fresh scent.
How to extend the life of pillows?
1. Pillow protectors offer a simple and economical solution to keep your pillows cleaner for longer with less effort. Instead of washing your pillow frequently, just remove the protector and throw it in the wash.
2. Re-air your pillow between washes – Re-air your pillow as soon as you receive it, as it may flatten during shipping. You can repeat this step whenever you want to restore its volume.
How often should you wash your pillows?
Every six months is the recommended frequency (maybe every three months for your husband's pillow!). Pillows collect dead cells, dust, and dirt just like bedding. They also get loaded with sweat, oils, and saliva, which makes them heavier and flatter. We recommend using special pillowcases and protectors, as they retain most of these dirt, so that the pillow doesn't have to be washed as often as the pillowcase. But eventually, the pillow will need a good wash too.
When will I receive my order and how much does shipping cost?
We ship all orders placed by 2:00 PM the same day (on business days). For Romania, the package usually arrives in 1-2 days via Cargus, SameDay, GLS or FanCourier.
Shipping is free for orders over 150 lei and costs 15 lei for those under this value. You can also choose Sameday locker delivery, also for 15 lei.
During busy periods (holidays or big promotions) it may take a little longer, but we will send you an email with a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way to you.
What happens if I want to return something?
You have 30 days to return any product that you are not completely satisfied with. You can return any product free of charge to any Sofiaman store in the country, except for Outlet stores. If you choose not to make an exchange, the amount of the return will be refunded exclusively to the bank account provided by you, within a maximum of 14 calendar days. If you prefer to return by courier, please note that this service involves the cost of shipping, which varies depending on the courier chosen.
If you just want to change the size or model, we will gladly help you and send you the correct version without additional shipping costs.
For defective or incorrectly delivered products, returns are always free. Your money will be refunded via bank transfer within 14 business days. We want you to be satisfied every time you choose Sofiaman!
