For your safety, we recommend you do a patch test at home before using the product. Thus, use the product either on the inside of the wrist or on the inside of the elbow, wait 24 hours and observe if the skin reacts unpleasantly (redness, itching, stinging). • Products purchased online, undamaged and without traces of use, can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.
• You can return any product free of charge to any Sofiaman store in the country, except for Outlet stores. Products must be accompanied by the invoice. If you choose not to make an exchange, the amount of the return will be refunded exclusively to the bank account provided by you, within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
• Returns sent by post are subject to a return fee of 15.00 lei deducted from the refunded amount.
