- All orders over 150 lei inclusive benefit from FREE delivery in Romania.
- We usually ship all orders received by 2:00 PM the same day. However, during certain busy periods, a processing time of 1-3 business days may occur.

- Products purchased online, undamaged and without traces of use, can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.
- You can return any product free of charge to any Sofiaman store in the country, except for Outlet stores. Products must be accompanied by the invoice. If you choose not to make an exchange, the amount of the return will be refunded exclusively to the bank account provided by you, within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
- Returns sent by post are subject to a return fee of 15.00 lei deducted from the refunded amount.

How do I know what size to choose?
It's simple! All our products follow the international size system (S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL). For the best fit, measure your bust, waist and hips and compare them with our size chart.
If you are between two sizes and like looser clothes, choose the larger size, and if you prefer a tighter fit, opt for the smaller size.
In general, for extra comfort, we recommend a larger size, but keep in mind that some models are already tailored to be looser. If you still have doubts, write us a message and we will help you!
When will I receive my order and how much does shipping cost?
We ship all orders placed by 2:00 PM the same day (on business days). For Romania, the package usually arrives in 1-2 days via Cargus, SameDay, GLS or FanCourier.
Shipping is free for orders over 150 lei and costs 15 lei for those under this value. You can also choose Sameday locker delivery, also for 15 lei.
During busy periods (holidays or big promotions) it may take a little longer, but we will send you an email with a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way to you.
What happens if I want to return something?
You have 30 days to return any product that you are not completely satisfied with. You can return any product free of charge to any Sofiaman store in the country, except for Outlet stores. If you choose not to make an exchange, the amount of the return will be refunded exclusively to the bank account provided by you, within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
If you prefer return by courier, please note that this service involves shipping costs, which vary depending on the courier chosen.
If you just want to change the size or model, we will gladly help you and send you the correct version without additional shipping costs.
For defective or incorrectly delivered products, returns are always free. Your money will be refunded via bank transfer within 14 business days. We want you to be satisfied every time you choose Sofiaman!
What materials does Sofiaman use?
Our brand philosophy is based on natural fiber materials. We use cotton, modal (beech), bamboo, eucalyptus, linen, silk and wool to provide a natural pampering sensation on your skin. Our pajamas are created primarily from botanical fibers that are incredibly soft, delicate and breathable.
These make up 97% of our materials, because we like to believe that your sleep deserves the best of nature.

We use 97% botanical fibers - from beech, bamboo and eucalyptus - that are incredibly soft on the skin, breathable and environmentally friendly. Beech modal gives you softness and comfort, bamboo perfectly regulates your body temperature, and eucalyptus is 8 times more breathable than regular cotton.
