1. WASHING
• Recommended temperature: 40°C is ideal for effective cleaning in the washing machine, without damaging the fabric. You can go up to 60°C for whites or if it is very dirty, but avoid higher temperatures frequently.
• Detergent: Use a mild liquid or powder detergent, without bleach (especially for colored linens).
• Spinning: Choose a medium spin program (800–1000 rpm) to avoid excessive wrinkling.
2. DRYING
• Air drying: This is the ideal method to keep the fabric soft and avoid shrinkage.
• Tumble dryer: If you use a dryer, choose a delicate program and remove the laundry slightly damp to reduce wrinkling.
3. IRONING
• Cotton wrinkles naturally, but irons very well.
• Iron inside out, when slightly damp, on medium or high heat, depending on your iron.
4. STORAGE
• Keep underwear in a dry and ventilated place.
• Avoid plastic bags; use cotton bags or boxes made from natural materials.
5. OTHER USEFUL TIPS
• Wash underwear before first use.
• Avoid washing with items that have zippers or Velcro to prevent snagging.
• Do not overload the washing machine, to allow for efficient cleaning and rinsing.

- Products purchased online can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.
- You can return any product free of charge to any Sofiaman store in the country, except for Outlet stores. Products must be accompanied by the invoice. If you choose not to make an exchange, the amount of the return will be refunded exclusively to the bank account provided by you, within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

How do I know what size to choose?
It's simple! All our products follow the international size system (S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL). For the best fit, measure your bust, waist and hips and compare them with our size chart.
If you are between two sizes and like looser clothes, choose the larger size, and if you prefer a tighter fit, opt for the smaller size.
In general, for extra comfort, we recommend a larger size, but keep in mind that some models are already tailored to be looser. If you still have doubts, write us a message and we will help you!
When will I receive my order and how much does shipping cost?
We ship all orders placed by 2:00 PM the same day (on business days). For Romania, the package usually arrives in 1-2 days via Cargus, SameDay, GLS or FanCourier.
Shipping is free for orders over 150 lei and costs 15 lei for those under this value. You can also choose Sameday locker delivery, also for 15 lei.
During busy periods (holidays or big promotions) it may take a little longer, but we will send you an email with a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way to you.
What happens if I want to return something?
You have 30 days to return any product that you are not completely satisfied with. You can return any product free of charge to any Sofiaman store in the country, except for Outlet stores. If you choose not to make an exchange, the amount of the return will be refunded exclusively to the bank account provided by you, within a maximum of 14 calendar days. If you prefer to return by courier, please note that this service involves shipping costs, which vary depending on the courier chosen.
If you just want to change the size or model, we will gladly help you and send you the correct version without additional shipping costs.
For defective or incorrectly delivered products, returns are always free. Your money will be refunded via bank transfer within 14 business days. We want you to be satisfied every time you choose Sofiaman!
