Voucher Campaign Regulations 2025
1. CAMPAIGN ORGANIZER
The organizer of the "Voucher" campaign (hereinafter referred to as "the Campaign") is SC SOFIAMAN IMPEX SRL (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer"), with its registered office in Târgu Neamț, Mărășești street, no. 215, postal code 615200, Neamț county, registered with the Trade Register under no. J27/105/1996, CUI RO 4536401, represented by Mr. Florin Cucu, as General Director.
2. CAMPAIGN DURATION
The campaign runs from OCTOBER 18 - NOVEMBER 17, 2025 (online) and OCTOBER 24 - NOVEMBER 17 (physical stores)
3. CAMPAIGN COVERAGE AREA
The campaign will take place both on www.sofiaman.ro and in all stores in the Sofiaman network, subject to available stock. The promotional campaign will take place in the Organizer's stores and partner stores:

4. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE
Any legal entity and any natural person aged at least 16 (hereinafter referred to as "Participant") who makes a purchase from a Sofiaman store or online from sofiaman.ro can participate in the Campaign.
5. CAMPAIGN MECHANISM
The campaign consists of receiving vouchers for purchases of a certain value, as follows:
- 150 lei voucher for purchases on the same receipt of a minimum of 900 lei
- 100 lei voucher for purchases on the same receipt of a minimum of 500 lei
- 40 lei voucher for purchases on the same receipt of a minimum of 400 lei
These vouchers are valid for purchases of full-price products from November 18 to December 31, 2025, as follows:
- the 150 lei voucher for purchases on the same receipt of a minimum of 150 lei, as no change can be given
- the 100 lei voucher for purchases on the same receipt of a minimum of 100 lei, as no change can be given
- the 40 lei voucher for purchases on the same receipt of a minimum of 40 lei, as no change can be given.
For online purchases, the voucher will be received by email after delivery confirmation. This voucher can only be used for online purchases on the sofiaman.ro website.
For purchases made in physical stores, the voucher will be received immediately after payment of the receipt and can only be used in physical Sofiaman stores.
The campaign cannot be combined with other promotional offers and/or special offers and/or advertising campaigns and/or other price reductions granted by the Organizer, regardless of how they are granted (including, but not limited to, loyalty cards, other value cards/vouchers related to other advertising campaigns).
In the event of an order placed on www.sofiaman.ro, the invoice will be issued based on the data provided by the Client during the order placement process. The Organizer is not responsible and cannot be held liable for the Client providing incorrect, incomplete, and/or false data at the time of account creation and/or order placement.
During the Campaign, orders can be placed on www.sofiaman.ro both by phone and online.
In the event of a product return purchased using a discount offered in the Campaign, regardless of the reason for the return, the refunded amount will be equal to the amount actually paid by the Client, i.e., the price of the product on the purchase receipt/invoice, minus the value of the discount granted in the Campaign.
6. CAMPAIGN RULES
The Campaign rules are available free of charge in all stores in the Sofiaman network and online at www.sofiaman.ro
7. FORCE MAJEURE
In any force majeure situation that completely or partially prevents or delays the execution and/or continuation of the Campaign, the Organizer shall be exonerated from any liability regarding the fulfillment of its obligations for the period during which it is prevented.
8. INTERRUPTION, MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION OF THE CAMPAIGN
The Organizer reserves the right to suspend, modify, extend or definitively terminate the Campaign at any time, but not before informing the public by displaying it in Sofiaman stores and online on sofiaman.ro.
9. LEGAL BASIS
These Regulations are in accordance with the provisions of Government Ordinance no. 99/2000 regarding the marketing of products and market services, Government Decision no. 333/2003 containing methodological norms for the application of Government Ordinance no. 99/2000 regarding the marketing of products and market services, and Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
10. DISPUTES
Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the participants in the promotion shall be resolved amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes shall be settled by the competent Romanian courts in Neamț county.
11. COMPLAINTS
Written requests from Campaign Participants for reporting non-compliance with these Regulations to the Organizer must be submitted or sent to the Organizer's headquarters within a maximum of 48 (forty-eight) hours from the purchase of the product from one of the Sofiaman stores in the country, or from the delivery date for products purchased online from sofiaman.ro. Any complaint submitted after the mentioned deadline will not be resolved positively. The resolution of complaints will be made within 15 (fifteen) calendar days.
12. OTHER REGULATIONS
In case of attempted fraud, abuse or acts directed against and/or towards it, the Organizer reserves the right to take all necessary measures to remedy the situation and hold the guilty parties liable under the law. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for the impossibility of participating in the Campaign due to errors or causes that do not directly depend on the Organizer, such as technical malfunctions of the internet service provider, etc.
13. MISCELLANEOUS
Participation in this campaign implies acceptance of these Regulations.
