3+1 Bundle Regulations

1. CAMPAIGN ORGANIZER

The organizer of the "" BUNDLE 3+1" " campaign (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") is SC SOFIAMAN IMPEX SRL . (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), headquartered in Targu Neamț, str. Marasesti, no. 215, code 615200, Neamț county, registered with the Trade Register under no. J27/105/1996, CUI RO 4536401 , represented by Mr. Florin Cucu, as General Manager.

2. CAMPAIGN DURATION

The campaign runs from August 25 to September 14, 2025.

3. CAMPAIGN AREA

The campaign will take place in all stores in the Sofiaman network, within the limit of available stocks. The raffle campaign will take place during August 25 – September 14, 2025 in the Organizer's and partners' stores:

4. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE

Any legal entity and any natural person with a minimum age of 16 (hereinafter referred to as "Participant") who purchases from a Sofiaman store or online at sofiaman.ro can participate in the Campaign.

5. CAMPAIGN MECHANISM

5.1. Products Participating in the campaign are all children's items in the following collections: PURE COTTON, RETRO COTTON, CUTE CATS, F&F FOOTBALL, F&F KATTYCAT F&F LIL CARS, F&F PANDA, F&F PINK OWL, GALAXY, ALINA, ANTON, BONNIE, CALIN, CALINA, LIONS, MALENA, TARTAN

5.2. The campaign is cumulative with the campaign called "Beach bag gift"

5.3. The buyer purchases 4 items from the campaign, deducting the value of the product with the lowest price from the total value of the voucher.

5.4. On the sofiaman.ro website, the customer must add the four products from the participating category to the cart and apply the code KIDS on the checkout page.

5.5. The campaign is applied in the following way:

- 4 items (boys' tank top - 34 lei, girls' tank top - 44 lei, girls' panties - 25 lei, boys' panties - 22 lei) = the product with the lowest price is deducted from the value of the voucher, i.e. 22 lei

5.6 Products can be combined with each other, i.e. regardless of the collection. They must be from the collections specified in point 5.1.

5.7. If only 2 products from this campaign are purchased, the promotion does not apply. The rule is to purchase a minimum of 3 products.

5.8. If a buyer purchases on the same shopping voucher and products that do not participate in the promotion, the Bundle 3+1 campaign will continue to apply only to products participating in this campaign.

5.9. Only the products listed in point 5.1 are part of the campaign.

5.10. Employees of Sofiaman Impex SRL cannot participate in the campaign.

5.11. In the event of returning a product purchased by using a discount offered in the Campaign, regardless of the reason for the return, the refunded amount will be equal to the amount actually paid by the Participant, namely the product price on the product purchase receipt/invoice, minus the value of the discount granted in the Campaign.

5.12. Sofiaman Outlet Stores are not part of and do not participate in this campaign.

In stores, the discount is applied at the checkout directly to the shopping cart. The discount is applied to the shopping cart, not to a future purchase.

In the case of online purchases, the value of the product with the lowest price is deducted from the total order directly in the shopping cart and you will pay less exactly as explained above.

The Campaign is cumulative only with the Campaign specified above in point V.2. not with other campaigns or other promotional offers and/or special offers and/or advertising campaigns and/or other price discounts granted by the Organizer, regardless of the method of granting them (including, but not limited to loyalty cards, other value cards / vouchers related to other advertising campaigns).

In the case of placing an order on www.sofiaman.ro, the invoice will be issued based on the data provided by the Customer during the order placement process.

The Organizer is not responsible and cannot be held liable for the provision by the Customer of incorrect, incomplete and/or false data at the time of account creation and/or at the date of placing the order.

During the Campaign period, orders can be placed both by phone and online on www.sofiaman.ro.

In the event of returning a product purchased by using a discount offered in the Campaign, regardless of the reason for the return, the refunded amount will be equal to the amount actually paid by the Customer, namely the product price on the product purchase receipt/invoice, minus the value of the discount granted in the Campaign.

6. CAMPAIGN REGULATIONS

The Campaign Regulations are available free of charge in all Sofiaman stores and online at www.sofiaman.ro.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

In any situation of force majeure that prevents or delays, in whole or in part, the execution and/or continuation of the Campaign, the Organizer will be exempted from any liability regarding the fulfillment of its obligations for the period in which it will be prevented.

8. INTERRUPTION, MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION OF THE CAMPAIGN

The organizer reserves the right to suspend, modify, extend or permanently discontinue the Campaign at any time, but not before informing the public by posting in Sofiaman stores and online at sofiaman.ro.

9. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The processing of personal data takes place on the basis of Regulation No. 679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, hereinafter referred to as the GDPR.

By participating in the Campaign in Sofiaman stores or online at www.sofiaman.ro, Participants agree to the processing of personal data for the purpose of offering the products sold by the Organizer. This processing is based on art. 6 para. 1 letter b (performance of a contract) and letter c (fulfillment of a legal obligation) of the GDPR Regulation.

Campaign participants are guaranteed the rights provided for by the GDPR, namely the right of access, rectification, erasure of data, restriction of processing, data portability, where applicable, opposition, the right not to be subject to an automated individual process, including the creation of profiles that concern or affect them in a similar way, to a significant extent, and the right to withdraw their consent if the processing takes place on its basis, subsequently, easily and free of charge, the withdrawal being effective only for the future.

Information regarding the processing of personal data for purchases in the national network stores is available in any Sofiaman store, and information regarding the processing of personal data for online purchases on www.sofiaman.ro is available at https://www.sofiaman.ro/politica-de-confidentialitate

Participants have the right to address the judiciary or the National Supervisory Authority ( www.dataprotection.ro ).

10. LEGAL BASIS

This Regulation is in accordance with the provisions of Government Decree No. 99/2000 on the marketing of market products and services, Government Decision No. 333/2003 containing Methodological Norms for the application of Government Decree No. 99/2000 on the marketing of market products and services and Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

11. LITIGATIONS

Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the participants in the promotion will be resolved amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be resolved by the competent Romanian courts in Neamț County.

12. DISPUTES

The written request of the Campaign Participants to notify the Organizer regarding the non-compliance with these Regulations must be submitted or sent to the Organizer's headquarters within a maximum of 48 (forty-eight) hours from the purchase of the product from one of the Sofiaman stores in the country, respectively from the delivery date for products purchased online, on sofiaman.ro. Any notification in this regard submitted after the aforementioned deadline will not be resolved positively. The resolution of the complaints will be made within 15 (fifteen) calendar days.

13 OTHER REGULATIONS

In case of attempted fraud, abuse or acts directed against and/or to it, the Organizer reserves the right to take all necessary measures to remedy the situation and hold those responsible accountable under the law.

The Organizer does not assume responsibility for the impossibility of participating in the Campaign due to errors or causes that do not directly depend on the Organizer, such as technical malfunctions of the internet service provider, etc.
