Black Friday regulations
Validity period: November 6, 2025 – November 16, 2025
I. CAMPAIGN ORGANIZER
The organizer of the "Black Friday" campaign (hereinafter referred to as "the Campaign") is SC SOFIAMAN IMPEX SRL (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer"), with its registered office in Târgu Neamț, Mărășești street, no. 215, postal code 615200, Neamț county, registered with the Trade Register under no. J27/105/1996, CUI RO 4536401, represented by Mr. Florin Cucu, as General Director.
II. CAMPAIGN DURATION
The Campaign runs from November 6, 2024, at 9:01 PM to November 16, 2024, at 11:59 PM.
III. CAMPAIGN COVERAGE AREA
The Campaign will take place in all Sofiaman stores and online on sofiaman.ro, while stocks last. The promotional campaign will run from November 7 to November 16 in physical stores, and on sofiaman.ro from November 6, 9:01 PM to November 16, 11:59 PM.
IV. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE
Any legal entity and any natural person aged at least 16 (hereinafter referred to as "Participant") who purchases from sofiaman.ro may participate in the Campaign.
V. CAMPAIGN MECHANISM
1. The Campaign consists of applying discounts to the selling price of products located in a separate category called "Black Friday," which will only contain products from this promotion.
2. Participants will be able to purchase products at a promotional price from sofiaman.ro, provided they are strictly part of the Black Friday category on sofiaman.ro.
3. The Campaign cannot be combined with other promotional offers and/or special offers and/or advertising campaigns and/or other price reductions granted by the Organizer, regardless of how they are granted (including, but not limited to, loyalty cards, gift cards, other value cards/vouchers related to other advertising campaigns).
4. In case of placing an order on sofiaman.ro, the invoice will be issued based on the data provided by the Participant during the order placement process.
5. The Organizer is not responsible and cannot be held liable for the Participant providing incorrect, incomplete, and/or false data when creating the account and/or placing the order. Due to the high volume of orders during the campaign, the order may arrive late at its destination.
6. During the Campaign, orders can be placed on sofiaman.ro both by phone and online.
VI. CAMPAIGN REGULATIONS
The Campaign Regulations are available free of charge on sofiaman.ro.
VII. FORCE MAJEURE
In any force majeure situation that completely or partially prevents or delays the execution and/or continuation of the Campaign, the Organizer shall be exonerated from any liability regarding the fulfillment of its obligations for the period during which it is prevented.
All collections are detailed with the exact price and color in the discount decisions of November 7, 2025.
VIII. INTERRUPTION, MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION OF THE CAMPAIGN
The Organizer reserves the right to suspend, modify, extend, or definitively interrupt the Campaign at any time, but not before informing the public by posting on sofiaman.ro.
IX. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The processing of personal data takes place based on Regulation no. 679 of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, hereinafter referred to as GDPR.
By participating in the Campaign in the Sofiaman network stores or online on sofiaman.ro, Participants agree to the processing of personal data for the purpose of offering products sold by the Organizer. This processing is based on Article 6 para. 1 lit. b (performance of a contract) and lit. c (fulfillment of a legal obligation) of the GDPR Regulation.
Participants in the Campaign are guaranteed the rights provided by GDPR, namely the right of access, rectification, erasure of data, restriction of processing, data portability, as appropriate, objection, the right not to be subject to an automated individual process, including profiling that affects them or significantly affects them in a similar way, and the right to withdraw their consent if the processing takes place based on it, easily and free of charge, the withdrawal having effect only for the future.

For any information or requests to exercise rights regarding the processing of personal data, the data subject can contact the Organizer:

Participants have the right to appeal to justice or the National Supervisory Authority (www.dataprotection.ro).
X. LEGAL BASIS
These Regulations are in accordance with the provisions of Government Ordinance no. 99/2000 regarding the marketing of products and market services, Government Decision no. 333/2003 containing methodological norms for the application of Government Ordinance no. 99/2000 regarding the marketing of products and market services, and Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
XI. DISPUTES
Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the participants in the promotion will be resolved amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be settled by the competent Romanian courts in Neamț county.
XII. COMPLAINTS
The written request of the Campaign Participants to notify the Organizer regarding non-compliance with these Regulations must be submitted or sent to the Organizer's headquarters within a maximum of 48 (forty-eight) hours from the delivery date for products purchased online, from sofiaman.ro. Any complaint submitted after the mentioned deadline will not be resolved favorably. Complaints will be resolved within 15 (fifteen) calendar days.
XIII. OTHER REGULATIONS
In case of attempted fraud, abuse, or acts directed against and/or towards it, the Organizer reserves the right to take all necessary measures to remedy the situation and hold the guilty parties accountable according to the law.
The Organizer is not responsible for the impossibility of participating in the Campaign due to errors or causes that do not directly depend on the Organizer, such as technical failures of the internet service provider, etc.
XIV. MISCELLANEOUS
Participation in this campaign implies acceptance of these Regulations.
