20% Extra Campaign
I. CAMPAIGN ORGANIZER
The organizer of the campaign "- 20% EXTRA" (hereinafter referred to as "the Campaign") is SC SOFIAMAN IMPEX SRL. (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer"), with headquarters in Târgu Neamț, Mărășești street, no. 215, postal code 615200, Neamț county, registered with the Trade Register under no. J27/105/1996, CUI RO 4536401, represented by Mr. Florin Cucu, as General Director.
II. CAMPAIGN DURATION
The campaign runs from January 30 to February 12, 2026, in all physical stores and on the online store www.sofiaman.ro.
III. CAMPAIGN AREA
The campaign will take place both on www.sofiaman.ro and in all stores in the Sofiaman network, subject to available stock. The promotional campaign will take place from January 30 to February 12, 2026, in the Organizer's and partners' stores:

IV. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE
Any legal entity and any natural person aged at least 16 years (hereinafter referred to as "Participant") who buys from a Sofiaman store or online from sofiaman.ro can participate in the Campaign.
V. CAMPAIGN MECHANISM
The campaign consists of receiving a voucher when purchasing a shopping cart of at least 100 lei.
The products purchased in this shopping cart can be at full price or can be from the discounted products offer.
The rule is to make a purchase of at least 100 lei to receive an EXTRA -20 voucher.
These vouchers are valid for product purchases regardless of price starting from February 13 until February 15, 2026, inclusive, as follows:
The voucher with Extra 20% for EVERYTHING applies to purchases only between February 13-15 for any product purchased, whether at full price or discounted.
For products that are already discounted, EXTRA 20% applies to the new price.
Example:
1. item 210806X full price 359 lei with the -20 EXTRA voucher will be paid by the client = 287.20 lei
2. item 210805X full price 269 lei with -30% discount = 188.30 at this price the -20 EXTRA voucher will be applied and the final amount to be paid is = 150.64 lei.
For online purchases, the voucher will be received by email after the order delivery has been confirmed. This voucher can only be used for online purchases on the sofiaman.ro website.
For purchases from physical stores, the voucher will be received immediately after paying the receipt and can only be used in Sofiaman physical stores.
Customers who do not meet these conditions will receive a 10% voucher to be used during the same period, with the discount applying to all products regardless of price. This voucher will be sent by email to customers who have subscribed to the newsletter, in the case of the online store.
This campaign cannot be combined with other promotional offers and/or special offers and/or advertising campaigns and/or other price reductions granted by the Organizer, regardless of the method of granting them (including, but not limited to, loyalty cards, other value cards/vouchers related to other advertising campaigns).
When placing an order on www.sofiaman.ro, the invoice will be issued based on the data provided by the Client during the order placement process.
The Organizer is not responsible and cannot be held liable for the Client providing incorrect, incomplete, and/or false data when creating the account and/or placing the order.
During the Campaign, orders can be placed on www.sofiaman.ro both by phone and online.
In case of returning a product purchased using a discount offered in the Campaign, regardless of the reason for the return, the refunded value will be equal to the amount actually paid by the Client, i.e., the price of the product on the purchase receipt/invoice, minus the value of the discount granted in the Campaign.
VI. CAMPAIGN REGULATIONS
The Campaign Regulations are available free of charge on www.sofiaman.ro
VII. FORCE MAJEURE
In any force majeure situation that partially or totally prevents or delays the execution and/or continuation of the Campaign, the Organizer shall be exempted from any liability regarding the fulfillment of its obligations for the period during which it will be prevented.
VIII. INTERRUPTION, MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION OF THE CAMPAIGN
The Organizer reserves the right to suspend, modify, extend or definitively interrupt the Campaign at any time, but not before informing the public by displaying it in Sofiaman stores and online on sofiaman.ro.
XI. LEGAL BASIS
These Regulations comply with the provisions of Government Ordinance no. 99/2000 regarding the marketing of products and market services, Government Decision no. 333/2003 containing methodological norms for the application of Government Ordinance no. 99/2000 regarding the marketing of products and market services, and Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
X. DISPUTES
Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the participants in the promotion will be resolved amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be settled by the competent Romanian courts in Neamț county.
I. COMPLAINTS
The written request of the Campaign Participants to notify the Organizer regarding non-compliance with these Regulations must be submitted or sent to the Organizer's headquarters within a maximum of 48 (forty-eight) hours from the purchase of the product from one of the Sofiaman stores in the country, or from the delivery date for products purchased online from sofiaman.ro. Any complaint in this regard submitted after the expiration of the mentioned term will not be resolved positively. The resolution of complaints will be made within 15 (fifteen) calendar days.
XII. OTHER REGULATIONS
In case of attempted fraud, abuse or acts directed against and/or towards it, the Organizer reserves the right to take all necessary measures to remedy the situation and hold those responsible accountable in accordance with the law.
The Organizer does not assume responsibility for the inability to participate in the Campaign due to errors or causes that are not directly dependent on the Organizer, such as technical failures of the internet service provider, etc.
XIII. MISCELLANEOUS
Participation in this campaign implies acceptance of these Regulations.
