SALES ASSISTANT

We are looking for a sales assistant at our stores in Vivo! Cluj and Iulius Mall Timișoara to help us sell the most restful, comfortable and quality products for our customers.

Through our products we want to convey the feeling of rest and comfort that everyone needs, because we want to see as many people as possible healthy and happy to return home.

We are one of the biggest sleepwear and homewear brands in Romania, with over 26 years of experience. All products are made in our factory in Târgu Neamț, but we also have partner factories that produce under our brands. We are present both on the Romanian market and abroad, both through the network of 19 own stores and 300 local partners, as well as online. We are the first manufacturer to introduce in Romania materials of botanical origin made from beech, bamboo or eucalyptus which help, through their benefits, to a more restful sleep and a high level of comfort. According to official data, we are the producer that sells the most pajamas in the country.

In the position of Sales Assistant you will have a set of responsibilities that you need to carry out:

  • You identify the customer's needs and advise him while he is in the store, with the aim of identifying the most suitable products, according to sales procedures;
  • You carry out the daily sales process according to established procedures;
  • You ensure that all the products in the offer are present on the shelf in sufficient stock and in the full range of sizes on a daily basis, every time they change due to sales or returns;
  • You analyze the stock of products and notify the superior hierarchical boss in order to carry out the necessary orders in a timely manner, to ensure the necessary goods;
  • You know the full range of products available in the store (product ranges, collections, product types, product technical characteristics, size series, prices, color ranges) according to the specifications sent;
  • You collect daily feedback from customers and send it in writing to the store manager;
  • Comply with established marketing campaign sales regulations and mechanisms;
  • Label and check the goods upon receipt in the store;
  • Adopt a helpful attitude and friendly language with each customer;
  • You participate in the weekly training.
